Leases:

The prices of all leases are clearly published. To purchase a lease for 2024 you must process an intitial deposit of $1,500 on your credit card to hold the lease. You will be promptly sent the lease documents for your completion. The lease documents must be signed and returned with your check for 100% of the remaining balance within seven (7) business days.

If we do not receive the signed documents and your check for 100% of the remaining balance within seven (7) days, the lease will be sold to the next person in line on the waiting list and we are under no obligation to return your deposit.

These terms are in place to prevent someone from taking the lease off the available list, but never concluding the deal and thereby preventing other buyers from choosing to purchase that lease. Additionally, we recognize that many banks limit larger transactions on customer’s credit cards. It is for these reasons that we require the initial deposit and payment in full along with the signed documents within the seven (7) business days.

DIY Hunts:

• $3,600/hunter payment in full at the time of booking.

All DIY hunts MUST be paid in full by August 15th. No Pay/No Hunt.
